What Your Package Will Look Like

Below you can see exactly what your package will look like. As you can see, there are no identifying marks on the package, simply your address, our return address and Royal Mail delivery stickers.

• Plain brown envelope or box
• All items secure wrapped in bubble wrap
• Packages are securely fastened with heavy duty packaging tape
• No logos or company names on the envelope or box
• Your credit card statement will show 'Multiplex Media Ltd'

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 4:00PM GMT (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 4:00PM GMT during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
