1. GET FIT (Less exercise = Less sexual desire)
2. HAVE A MASSAGE (Releases Oxytocin =Â sexy hormone!)
3. READ SEXY NOVELS (for inspiration?!)
4. RELAX (there’s a scientific explanation for this)
5. TAKE MULTI-VITAMINS (vitamin deficiencies = tiredness)
6. HAVE SEX STRAIGHT AFTER EXERCISE (half way there on the hot/sweaty scale!)
7. SMELL SEXY (scent of cucumber or baby powder increases vaginal blood-flow by 13%, lavender by 11%)
8. POP A PILL (Herbal enhancers like TKA / Golden Root are there to help!)
9. CHECK ANY MEDICATION (A GP can probably change your meds if they are affecting orgasm / sex-drive)
10. TRY A PATCH (A testosterone patch may boost sex-drive)
11. DON’T GET DISTRACTED (Apparently women are scientifically wired that way though, although worryingly there is a drug to help you focus on the ‘job’ should you care to try it)
12. SHORT & SWEET (this research says 3 – 7 minutes = adequate, 7 – 13 minutes = desirable hmmm)
13. DO IT ANYWAY (Even if you’re not feeling particularly sexy, you might well be once you get started… that’ll hopefully happen before the 3 – 7 minute marker is up!)
